Our lug and flat washer equipment carries an IP-67 washdown rating, offering complete protection. Our automated lug and flat washers are designed to handle multiple sizes of containers, and can accommodate sizes of up to 28 inches in width and 18 inches in depth. The removable side panels allow for easy access to nozzles and spray bars. The nozzles are included with a quick mount style, allowing for simple removal for routine cleaning, reducing production downtime. Our lug and flat washers come equipped with a cogged belt to securely move containers through the automated washer and can be designed to fit various sized bins to ensure compatibility with your specific application.
