Stage 2: Planning

With the scope set, we build the plan: work breakdown, schedule, budget, and risk review. We identify long-lead purchases, line up the trades, and hold a kickoff meeting so everyone starts with the same expectations.

Stage 3: Execution

Deliver the work to the approved plan

Our team manages fabrication, deliveries, subcontractors, and installation according to the approved plan. Documentation is kept current as work progresses, so there is always a clear record of what has been completed.

Stage 4: Monitoring & Controlling

Keep the project on track

We track progress against the schedule and budget and report to you regularly. When the scope changes, whether from site conditions, design updates, or new requirements, we document the change, review its cost and schedule impact with you, and update the plan before proceeding.

Stage 5: Closing

Formal acceptance of completion

Closing covers testing and commissioning, your formal acceptance, and handover of documentation such as as-built drawings and manuals. We close out contracts, resolve open items, and review lessons learned to improve future projects.
