Lug & Flat Dumpers
Our infeed Lug & Flat Dumpers are designed to take advantage of complete automation control, incorporating dumpers with touch screen interfaces driving both conveyors and dumping rotators. Our infeed lug and dumper equipment tips the lugs to deposit product onto a conveyor, which will then take it to the next step in the process, while the lugs themselves are carried away by another conveyor. Those lugs can then be brought to a cleaning system, such as our Lug Washer, before being either reused immediately or stacked for storage. Featuring an innovative lug arm mechanism designed to grab multiple sizes and styles of lugs, downtime is significantly reduced because there is no need for changeover with the system operating continuously.

Our infeed Tote Dumpers are robust and durable featuring a 3,000 pound capacity while also being easy to operate. Innotech Process Equipment’s infeed Tote Dumpers are designed to handle nearly all totes on the market and can be customized to meet your infeed equipment requirements. Our innovative tote dumper infeed equipment is available with fully automated operation to streamline the loading, unloading, and metering process and can be designed as hydraulic or electric.

- Standard wash systems with built-in sanitizing systems are available
- Cleanout space for fallen debris while tipping
- Adjustable legs and includes adjustment bar for tote height
Hand Dumping Conveyors
