Innotech Dewatering Shakers were originally designed for the berry industry, providing farms and process facilities with numerous shakers of varying size and force. These shakers are designed using SolidWorks Premium and fully modelled in 3D before the first piece of stainless is cut.

The Innotech Blueberry Bubble Washer is designed specifically for blueberry process facilities. Our blueberry cleaning equipment incorporates an air bubbler and top spray bars for cleaning the berries. This process allows for a gentle cleaning operation and a high product flow rate. Integrated features include catch hopper for water recycle and access doors for cleaning.

Designed from years of experience in the blueberry industry, this bubble washer is easy to use, easy to clean, and reliable. It also fits seamlessly in any blueberry process line. When in-line with the Innotech Stick Eliminator, the two pieces work together for increased product flow.

This bi-directional rod destemmer is designed as an easy to use, rugged and reliable system for removing stems from blueberries. This unit can be configured to run in either left or right-hand configurations for easy placement in your existing fresh berry line. Our innovative interior stem washdown bars reduce stem buildup inside the unit and the top mounted spray bars help in keeping the berries fresh and clean. With optional casters the Innotech rod destemmer can be a simple mobile system for facilities with limited space.
